The settings are similar whether for Blackberry, Outlook, Windows Live or any other email client software.

Just remember these key settings:

Username: your full email address (eg. support@ineohost.com)

Password: your chosen password

Incoming mailserver: mail.yourdomain.name (eg. mail.ineohost.com)

Outgoing mailserver: mail.yourdomain.name (eg. mail.ineohost.com)

Make sure you check the box that says "My server requires authentication".
This is normally found under Tools > Accounts > Properties > Servers.

Your email is now setup. Send some test emails to some other email accounts of yours. Also test that you can receive emails to your new email account.

Some tips to help you set up your email for sending and receiving through outlook express:

Use your full email address as your POP3 username.

Do not log-in using Secure Password Authentication.

Your SMTP Server requires authentication to send. If there are any authentication problems, go to Tools > Accounts > Properties > Servers. Then check the box that says " My server requires authentication ", click Settings. Type in your username and password, hit OK, then OK again. Restart Outlook.

Again, use your full email address as your login name. Again, no secure password authentication.
