To have your password reset or changed, what you can do is:

1) Go to your cpanal login page eg, http://yourdomain.com/cpanel/
Use the password reset to have the password sent to your email used when you signed up.
In this case, you have to remember your username.

OR

2) Go to http://clients.ineohost.com/clientarea.php to login to the billing area.
Use the password forgotten option if you have forgotten.
After successfully logging in, you can go to “My Products & Services”.
Click on the icon on the right of the account you wish to change.
Enter the new password to change the CPanel password.
Your account username is also shown there.

With the correct password, you can then login to your Cpanel with the username and the new password.
