Normally, you can change your email password by logging in to your webmail at http://yourdomain.com/webmail/ with your current email and password.

However, if you have forgotten your password and so are not even able to log in to webmail, then the only option is to change it via Cpanel (http://yourdomain.com/cpanel/). If you are the main account owner, you should have access to this. Otherwise, request the main account holder to do so for you.

After logging in to CPanel, go to Mail > and click on the option to change the password of the email you wish to change. A new password can then be entered.
