Publishing through Frontpage is supported through Frontpage extensions.

Go to CPanel to make sure that Frontpage Extensions is installed before you use it.

When publishing using Frontpage, you’ll use “FrontPage or SharePoint Services” under Remote Website Properties.

Under “remote website location”, enter in your site url. This should publish your site to the public_html directory if everything is uploaded correctly.
